This edition we’re delighted to report JFE’s third year of exhibiting at International Dairy Deli Bake, an annual exposition where grocery suppliers in those three grocery departments show off their concepts and products. It also seems very fitting that, following a year in which we made Snowfox the gem of so many client delis, we were able to play host in our headquarters city of Houston.
The IDDBA hosts over 9,000 exhibitors and attendees each year in a major U.S. city. You may recall from our social media photos or those in our company calendar that we also had a booth last year in Atlanta. But never to squander an opportunity to remind retailers that Snowfox always goes big to the benefit of grocer and customer alike, we upgraded to a gigantic booth this year. On each of its four sides we were able to show off not only the beautiful products our chefs make or sell daily—from sushi to hot food to our private brand items—but unveil some new surprises as well.
We’re happy to say hundreds of attendees and grocery executives made a point to mention how impressed they were with our presentation. So much of the credit goes to our hardworking headquarters managers like Seungkyu Baek, executive chef Jae Bae, and our regional managers who worked together to provide their expertise and culinary can-do!
Perhaps the real star of our show was our new dumpling and bao restaurant concept, Highbao, where our proven grab-n-go format will also welcome customers with a warm and inviting but high-end setting.
Most importantly, the grocery execs with whom we enjoyed catching up in a fun setting are people pivotal to JFE and Snowfox’s growth and to continued opportunity for our chefs. As leading retailers build more and more new stores to meet customer demand, Snowfox will be there!
As we remind clients and potential clients of our exciting concepts and merchandising, the customer, as always, is the real winner, and we want our chefs, kiosks and restaurants to satisfy their cravings in every neighborhood!
